1. About us

thekatzstudio.store is run by Nicholas Katsantonis, a sole trader trading as The Katz Studio ("we", "us"), of Flat 13, 49 Saint Quintin Avenue, London, W10 6NZ, United Kingdom. Email: info@thekatzstudio.store.

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them, with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy, before you order.

2. Our products

Our designs are printed on demand by our print partner, Prodigi, after you order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed garment, and small variations in print placement and garment size are normal. Size details are in our size guide.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before your order is printed, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. How a contract is formed

When you place an order you are offering to buy the goods. After you order, we send an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we send that order confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our products are standard designs printed on demand, not personalised, so this right applies. How to cancel, return goods and get a refund is set out in our refund policy.

7. Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, see our refund policy.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use only, and are not liable for any business loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Our designs

All designs, images and text on this website belong to The Katz Studio. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to sort it out.
